These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Reput-Media.AI ("we," "us," or "our") through our AI content platform and related services (the "Platform").
1. Definitions
1.1. Reput-Media.AI: Refers to the company Reput-Media.AI, the provider of the AI content platform.
1.2. Client: Refers to an individual or entity using the services of Reput-Media.AI, including the use of the AI content platform.
1.3. AI content platform: Refers to the technological infrastructure, including artificial intelligence (AI), used for generating and managing content.
2. Services
2.1. Reput-Media.AI provides an AI content platform where clients can generate and manage content using our proprietary AI technology and data stream.
2.2. All generated content remains the property of the client. Reput-Media.AI does not claim ownership rights over the content generated by the client.
3. Data Management
3.1. Reput-Media.AI owns and manages the AI technology and the associated data stream used to feed the AI.
3.2. Client's AI training data is only retained as long as the client uses Reput-Media.AI's services. Once the client decides to terminate their account, this data is deleted.
4. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
4.1. Reput-Media.AI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will become effective upon being published on Reput-Media.AI's website.
5. Liability
5.1. Reput-Media.AI strives to provide accurate and reliable services. However, Reput-Media.AI is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the AI content platform.
5.2. The client acknowledges that the use of AI technology carries inherent risks, and Reput-Media.AI cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or consequences of using the AI content platform.
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
6.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
By using Reput-Media.AI's AI content platform, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. If the client does not agree with any provision in these terms and conditions, they should not use Reput-Media.AI's services.
